We are a multi-award-winning producer of ice creams & sorbets, based in Sussex.
We hand-make delicious ice creams & sorbets, ranging from classic favourites like vanilla bean ice cream & pink lemonade sorbet to tantalising flavours like espresso martini ice cream & passion fruit martini sorbet.
Weddings, events & parties are made Miall’s better with our luxurious ice creams & sorbets, all served from our portable rustic bar. Our wedding/event package is available for any venue in Sussex, Surrey & Kent.

Our Story
Miall's was founded by me (Hannah Miall)
I have such a passion for good quality food, produced with proper ingredients. This is the ethos that drove me to start creating our first recipes.
I purchased a domestic ice cream machine & got to work making my cocktail inspired sorbets, made with fresh fruit juices & real alcohol.
Late in 2018 the business was officially launched. Since then we have had a blast! We started catering at weddings & attending festivals. We supplied EE's VIP Tent at Glastonbury with our cocktail sorbets, won 7 Great Taste Stars and launched our range of premium ice creams.
I can't wait to see what the future holds for Miall's. We have some exciting ideas in the pipeline....
